Workshop 22.08.2023 17:00 - 19:00 in Blackbox
Are you aged between 10 and 18 and want to learn to dance Flamenco?
“Ullensaker kulturskole” and Global Gathering invite you to a workshop with Flamenco-dancer Ingrid Myklebust, accompanied by the guitar player Jesús Morente.
In this workshop, you will be introduced to Flamenco and the traditional couple dance Sevillanas. We will be working on elementary footwork and arm-movements, as well as handclapping and turns, which we then assemble into an enjoyable choreography for couple dance.
You do not need to bring a partner to participate, and it will be possible to borrow Flamenco-shoes and -skirt.
Previous experience is not required.

Saturday 26. August, we will display our newly acquired skills on stage at the Global Gathering Festival!
Turn-up-time Saturday will be announced later.
